These terms govern your use of the AirPro website and the purchase of AirPro products. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region (USD for US, CAD for Canada). Prices exclude any applicable sales tax (US state sales tax or Canadian GST/HST/PST), which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by such errors.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment processor. Your order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive an order confirmation email.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Canadian customers additionally retain their statutory rights under applicable federal and provincial consumer-protection legislation.

Product use

AirPro is a consumer air blower intended for household use. Please follow the safety instructions in the quick-start guide. AirPro is not liable for damage or injury resulting from use outside of the product's intended purpose.

Intellectual property

The AirPro name, logo, product designs, website copy, and images are the property of AirPro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the merchant's registered address. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
